USCIS 费用：999美元/人服务费用。[不包含交政府的费用]

时间：6-7 月。

步骤一： 申请递交到美国公民及移民服务局（USCIS）。

步骤二： NOA1：USCIS收到申请（寄出申请之后约1-2周）。

步骤三： NOA2：USCIS批准或否定申请（寄出申请之后约3-5月）。

步骤四： USCIS 将案件送交NVC（美国签证中心）并收取费用， NVC要求递交 材料（申请被USCIS批准之后的2-4周）。

步骤五： 面试资料准备及网上登记取件地址。

步骤六： 体检（面试前至少五个工作日必须体检，但也不能太早,$200）。

步骤七： 面试（邮寄DS-260给NVC之后的1-2个月）。

步骤八： 签证生效（面试之后的2-5个工作日，也有可能延长至一个月）。

步骤九： 签证邮递。

步骤十： 收到绿卡（进入美国2-4周）。

以下为各阶段需要准备的材料：

步骤一：申请资料包括：I-130 表格，G-1145表格（双方各一份），G-325A 表格，结婚证公证书（复印件），离婚证公证书（若有，复印件），美国居民证明（护照复印件），第三方证词。

步骤四：需要递交材料包括：DS-261 表格，I-864表格（$88）（即经济担保材料，包括I-864表格及税单），DS-260表格（$230），中国一方的出生公证书、离婚证公证书（若有）、结婚证公证书、无犯罪记录公证书等复印件。

书（若有）、出生证公证书、无犯罪记录公证书（公证书皆原件），护照原件，两张签证照片，面试约见信，预约确认信，体检报告，简历，缴费收据，关系证明材料，美国一方的经济担保材料（I-864表格原件）及税单。

Step 1: Submit Notice to USCIS.

Step 2: NOA1: USCIS Receipt Notice(1-2 Weeks after mailing).

Step 3: NOA2: USCIS Approval Notice(3-5 Months after mailing).

Step 4: USCIS send the case to NVC and fee charging, NVC require to submit documents (2-4 weeks after Approval Notice).

Step 5: Embassy preparation.

Step 6: Medical Exam(Must be done at least 5 business days before interview, $200).

Step 7: Embassy Interview(1-2 months after mailing DS-260 to NVC).

Step 8: Visa Available(Usually 2-5 business days after interview but could take up to a month).

Step 9: Visa delivered.

Step 10: Green Card arrives in the mail(2-4 weeks after entering the USA).
